How it works

RentO guides you step by step so you can share a useful experience, anonymously if you choose, with evidence that helps the community trust it.
Choose the property
Search by address. If it already exists, your experience is added there; if not, RentO creates the property.
Rate your experience
Rate noise, safety, and landlord behavior from 1 to 10. For noise, 1 means low noise and 10 means high noise.
Share what matters
Write concrete details that help others: noise hours, real safety, maintenance, and treatment received.
Add evidence
Photos, audio, or video are required before review. If you do not have them yet, save a draft.
Send for review
An admin reviews the evidence and can publish or reject the review with feedback.
What we ask for
- Property address and area.
- Ratings from 1 to 10 for noise, safety, and landlord behavior.
- A comment of at least 20 characters.
- Evidence to validate the experience.
- Whether to publish with your name or pseudo name.
What happens next
You can save a draft, submit it when complete, and edit it if something changes. If a published review is edited, it returns to review before appearing again.
